For many different reasons someone out there will need to get rid of rubbish, and many times they are just too good to be disposed.

2. CUSTOMER BOOK A COLLECTION

Clients will find us in many different ways, either online, offline, or just through a referral.
They get in touch, we explain how it works, and we book an appointment for the collection.

3. JOB'S DONE

Once our team is on site, we manage to separate everything that is in reusable condition and start loading the truck with what cannot be reused, in order to recycle them.
The leftovers are the items that still has plenty of life left, in order to give a second life.

... AND ENDS UP IN A NEW HOME.

4. GOODS ARE TAKEN TO OUR RE-HOMING SPECIALISTS

2ND LIFE will take these goods condition items to our warehouse, and from now they are in good hands. Our operational team of 2ND LIFE GOODS RE-HOME will take care of them, cleaning, taking photos and storing them correctly.

5. WE MAKE IT AVAILABLE

Once items are properly stored, clean and with good pics, they will be posted in this e-commerce in order to be adopted to a good home.
Interested customers in here will decide if they want to adopt this item, and if so, we will organize this transition to happen.

6. WE FIND THEM A NEW HOME

Clients will find suitable items for their needs, and complete their order through our e-commerce.

Either the customer has chosen for a delivery or for a pickup, our team will ensure this item will be safely ready to leave our warehouse, in order to be reused, re-loved and serve their purposes in someone else's home.
