WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Buying a second hand item with us is easy and affordable. Although, even when we check the functionality and how items look before opening for sale we cannot guarantee that it is going to perform as a brand new furniture.
With that said, once you buy the item we give you one week time to return the item and get a full refund, although if we have to remove the item from you we charge the delivery/pickup expenses.
If the item has stopped working during the first week we offer a free pickup and full refund.
For items that has been donated, or damaged items there will be no return available.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer two solutions: Pickup and Delivery.
The pickup is the solution provided that you organise yourself or with a third party supplier to pickup the items within 3 business days.
For delivery orders, we will delivery between 1-3 business days and we offer three diferente price ranges: Up to 5km, up to 10km, and between 10km or over 20km from our warehouse where the item is stored. These options will be chosen at the end of the checkout process.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Our online store uses Stripe payment methods platform, which means you can use your credit card to complete your order safely. None of your card payment details will be shared with us, only with the payment method provided.
Alternatively, we also offer cash payments for pickup orders, or bank transfers for pickup or delivery.

WHAT IF I'M OUTSIDE OF THE DELIVERY AREA AVAILABLE?

You can always organise the pickup yourself, or hiring a third party supplier to come to us and deliver your item, between 1-3 business days of the purchase.

I DID NOT ATTEND TO THE PICKUP DUE DATE, HOW TO PROCEED?

We will cancel your order and refund up to 80% of the amount to your bank account.

For unsure customers of availability to pickups the items, we suggest our delivery service or to organise a third party delivery.

HOW TO ORGANISE A SUITABLE DELIVERY DATE?

Once you complete the order our operational team will contact you to organise best day and time frame to deliver your items. Delivery are subject to availability.

If you did not attend your appointment for the delivery timeframe, we will reschedule an appointment for delivery or pickup for you at your own cost. Delivery fees are not refunded.
